Service Guarantees

We declare that in the event if airlines seats and hotel accommodation cannot be secured and is cancelled by us automatically, we will refund the monies paid except for promotional air tickets where their terms and conditions apply. (A2)

Amendment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

We provide clear “Amendment, cancellation& refund policy” stipulating the time frame and condition of different situations under the “Terms and Conditions For Purchase” and all notification of cancellation of booking must be made in writing and received by us to be effective and to avoid misunderstanding and credit notes are issued to customers for endorsement upon the refund.

Terms & Conditions for Deposits

My business has terms and conditions for deposits paid. It clearly indicates that deposit is required upon booking per passenger and we reserve the right to cancel any booking if full payment is not made within 7 days prior to the intended date of departure, the deposit will be forfeited.
Deposit made will not be refunded after 7 days upon the payment date. In the event when there is a refund to be made, all costs incurred such as airline/accommodation/taxes/ miscellaneous charged by any external vendors will have to be deducted from the deposit prior to the refund.
Balance of full payment is required one month before the date of flight departure. All special or promotional airfares have special terms and conditions which are tied by specific airlines and ticket wholesalers. Tickets may not be endorsable, re-routable, or refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the terms and conditions of air-tickets before purchase. (A4)

Redemption of Travel Vouchers

We state the terms and conditions for the redemption of vouchers clearly on both the policy as well as the voucher itself, with the validity included. (A5)

Discounted Pricing

Discounted pricing is clearly displayed in store and on websites. (A6)

Payment Methods

Our invoice indicates the mode of payment in cash, cheque or credit cardsin Singapore Currency only clearly. (A7)

Accuracy of Charges

All our prices and costs are indicated on our communication materials clearly. Both Inbound & Outbound services do not incur GST charges. (A8)

Delivery Charge

Minimum delivery charge of $10 will be imposed for dispatch of hardcopy documents. (A11)

Confidentiality

We ensure the confidentiality and security of customers’ databy indicating under the “Terms & Conditions” that the sharing of self and other travellers information will only be done to process the sales transaction. (A11)
