• Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) based on per person and exclude all applicable taxes and visa fee (if required) and extension nights are based on per room per night nett and includes all applicable taxes.
• Weekdays are from Sundays to Thursdays excluding Fridays, Saturday, and Peak Season.
• Weekends are from Friday to Saturday; Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays and exclude Peak Season.

*    Bintan time is 1 hour behind Singapore time.

** 1830hrs (Bin-Sin) ferry will not be available on Sunday if Monday is a  holiday.

Check-In Time    1. Passengers are advised to check-in and collect boarding passes Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal Ticketing Counter 5 at least 1 hour before departure time. The ferry operator reserves the right to cancel booking if boarding pass is not collected 30 minutes before departure.    2. For departure from Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal (Bintan Resort), passengers are required to re-confirm their return trip and collect boarding passes at least 2 hours before departure. The ferry operator reserves the right to cancel confirmed bookings if passengers check-in later than 45 minutes from departure.
