With ACE Assist, you are assured of service 24-hours a day wherever you may be. As an ACE Assist policyholder, you can call-collect for a full range of worldwide travel and medical services.

Per-Trip Coverage

For 1 or 2 adults traveling with any number of children. The 2 adults need not be related but each child must be related to either of the insured adults.

Members under this Plan must travel together, i.e. departing and returning to Singapore on the same date. Maximum length of each insured Trip is 182 days. To cover your family, you may opt for our Premier, Superior or Classic Plan.

Annual Coverage

For a legally married couple and any number of their children. Each child in an annual Family Plan must be accompanied by at least 1 of the insured adults under that plan for any trips made during the policy period. Maximum length of each trip under an Annual Plan is 90 days.

Children under a Family Plan (Per-Trip or Annual) must be unemployed and unmarried throughout the policy period. They must be under 18 years of age or up to attainment of 23 years if studying full time in a recognized institution of higher learning.

Coverage for Child

A child below eighteen (18) years of age can only apply for an Individual Classic Plan when travelling alone. As a second Insured Person under the Family Plan or as a child in the Family plan, the child will be covered for the Child benefit under Section 9 or 10. This will only apply if the child is less than eighteen (18) years of age or less than twenty-three (23) years if still studying full-time in a recognized institution of higher learning.
